Dear Lactnetters:

Don't know that anyone in the thread on the introduction of solids ever
mentioned the original reference.  Here it is.  You can look at the
complete abstract at <www.pediatrics.org> in the Sept. issue, print
contents.  Unless you have a subscription, you probably won't be able to
look at the entire article for free.
