Every mother gets her own shield and her own pump set up. No risk for
cross infection. Mother wash all set ups and shields with hot soapy
water between feeds and dry on a clean paper towel. No increase in
infection in our nursery w/o steralizing. But definately their own
products, not shared with other patients.
