My immediate thought is to check her bra. Sounds like pinched breast
tissue. Orange peel (peau de' orange) is very common in severe edema. I
would only think cancer for nonbf/non engorgement problem. Motrin and
hot/cold packs, massage area toward baby's face (standard plugged duct
advice). Watch for mastitis. Check for reasons breasts are sore in that
area - both breast suspect bra or lack there of, swimming (diving into
water and overhead strokes). One breast think heavy diaper bag, vacuuming
etc, bad latch/ suck.
