I suspect the some ducts healed together after being cut, in spite of the
surgeon's "best" efforts.  I am not a breast surgeon, but I've never heard of
such a procedure either.  I wonder if she underwent a workup for her
gallactorhea....V. Nichols-Johnson, MD
