Sorry this is a bit late, I am trying to catch up with my email especially
before we move from NJ to CA!!
This herb contains three anti-yeast compounds - lapachol, beta-lapachone and
xyloidine - that show activity against C. albicans and other problem fungi.
Lapachol is the weaker of the two, but its anti-yeast action is still
comparable to that of the prescription anti-yeast medication ketaconazole
(Nizoral)
