I have had several, like three, clients with older babies who have
persistent thrush. They have had relief from Diflucan, but the minute they
go off, actually, after a day or two off, they get the burning symptoms
again. One client had such deep fissures that it took a long time to heal,
and the Diflucan has helped these women greatly, but it seems that in some
cases, even 4 weeks of 200 mg po qd is not enough. Two women are now going
to use gentian violet as well as the Diflucan.
Any ideas?
