Well, in my sample of three, my completely wild, ADHD terror child, bf only
19 months has never injured himself (picture me touching wood) necessitating
a trip to the ER. My middle child, bf 27 months, fell off the couch this
spring and broke her arm (she was 5 1/2). My 3rd child, still bf at 38
months, last year at this time, accidentally pitched herself out of a 3rd
story window (fell through the screen) and managed to escape with only
scrapes and a broken arm (3 places). So, my kids are in reverse order...my
longest nurser is my most accident prone (she also fell out of our
neighbor's van 2 months ago and did a face plant on the driveway--her eye
was swollen shut for 2 days). Heaven help me, she's only 3...

Kathy, who spends alot of time in the doctor's office...
