Dear Maureen,
I think that I would tell mom her options & let her decide. If she knows
that there is a way to increase her milk supply, she may chose it.
I am very happy with the results in milk increase using tinctures of
fenugreek or More Milk - tincture of blessed thistle, nettles, & fennel
seed. The tinctures are sold by MotherLove. If you want more
information, e-mail me.
Some of the moms get a better response in production from one over the
other. One mom found the fenugreek tincture works more steadily at
increasing her milk supply than the capsules.
