Wow.  Paxil and ginko because she is uninterested in sex.  What about
Viagra?  Aren't women allowed not to be too interested in sex for a
few months after having a baby?  I know we men just can't hold off,
but putting the mother on dangerous medications (though not for the
baby) like Paxil is a treatment for a condition which *usually*
disappears spontaneously with time?  Actually most antidepressants
*decrease* interest in sex.  What's up (or not up) here?  And if the
condition does not get better, then maybe something like counselling
could be tried first.

As far as lithium is concerned, maybe.  The baby should be followed
for side effects, and blood levels could be monitored while the mother
breastfeeds.
