Is it posssible for breastmilk to be too acid ? This doesn't make sense
to me. I mean it isn't compatible with life to have "too acid blood" So
how could milk be too acid?

I wonder if there is something in Tums that is irrritating this baby's
bottom. Maybe he is allergic to disposable diapers or detergent. There
are so many things that cause diaper rash why blame breastmilk first?
Blow drying sounds pretty ouchy to me. I would say lots of air and soft
well rinsed cotton diapers.
