We didn't have a name for my first son.  He weaned at 15 months and really
didn't start talking until after that.

My second son nursed until 3 years.  We decided that we needed a name
because he would come up and say "Mommy, tit."  I really didn't feel
comfortable him saying that in public so we came up with "num, num."  That
stuck with my third child who is 3 and occasionally still nurses.
