The Milk Banks following the Human Milk Bank Association of North America
(HMBANA) Guidelines do NOT sell breast milk. It is considered a tissue
transplant and the only fee is a processing fee and shipping fee. Each
milk bank handles the shipping differently, but no one is ever denied
milk because of inability to pay even the processing fee ($2.50/oz). I
hope this answers your question.
