Ross and Mead Johnson may state in Newsweek that they do not advertise in the
media but I do know that Mead Johnson does underwrite Public Television,
specifically those shows geared for toddlers and preschoolers like Barney and
Teletubbies. The result of their underwriting is they get their name at the
beginning and the end of the shows along with little ten second spots....I
still see it as advertising.
