I defer to Dr. Hale and recommend Zoloft for my premie, clinically depressed
Moms.  Does the father or the Psych doc want Mom on med ?  I agree that we
don't know the long term consequences of Zoloft on a deveoping brain.......but
we do know the consequences of a depressed mom on the infant:  child abuse,
delayed development, neglect!!!
