P.S.

To add to my post on this topic, I believe  that we should do whatever
feels right for us individually.  If we want to use a title when referring
to someone in a post, we should do it.  If we don't choose to, then we
don't.  We don't have to all do the same thing.

The ones who are addressed with titles sometimes, and not at others, will
know that not using a title doesn't mean lack of respect for hard work or
training, but just a posters way of doing things.  We are an amazingly
respectful bunch of folks, and part of that respect is for our different
ways of expressing ourselves. I wouldn't want anyone to suffer because
he/she couldn't write as is his/her style.
