I've been wondering about this myself.  There are two ads in the latest
edition of the Journal of Nurse-Midwifery for Goat's Milk.  I also recall
my MIL saying she used fresh goat's milk for her oldest son after he was
two as he had a terrible milk allergy (received breastmilk until that
point).  My MIL, whom I respect greatly, nursed all seven of her children
when BF wasn't cool (50s and 60s).
