For those of you very interested in learning about this device, please note
that it has been discussed in the Archives several times.  A gentle
reminder about key things:

a) the fear of stimulating preterm labor is, for the most part, moot.
However, the package insert warns about this.  The device was developed by
a plastic surgeon to help women (neither pregnant nor lactating) LOOK
BETTER in sweaters without bras or without a bra over the nipple area!

b) any device that pulls on the nipple should be used by the mother, not
anyone else.  Why? She will know when to stop pulling!

c) Expensive as they are, there are hand-made versions (also discussed at
length in the archives) that work at least as well.
