I venture to say that if a lot of HCPs would acknowledge this, in any
particular area, not just BF, we'd all be better off. It's the "I know
everything" attitude that puts most of us off.  And I really think it is a
personality type, and result of training/molding that creates the type of
HCP "who knows it all".  I prefer the ones, like here on Lactnet, who
aren't afraid to say, I haven't seen this before or what do the rest of you
