Re : Gentamycin daily.

The newest treatment protocol with gentamycin is to use ONE large dose once
each day,  rather than dividing it four times daily.  Its been found that
one large dose works just as well as four smaller doses,  and the toxicity
is no higher.  Expect to see a lot more of this in the future.  I don't know
that this protocol is approved by the FDA or the company,  but a number of
infectious disease experts are using this protocol.
