I really enjoyed Dr. Hertz's commentary also.  I think we all can buy our
own books.  An option is to do as I do or LLL in our community does, have a
lending library.  I know some ILCA affiliates do this as well.  Keep in
mind though that my 2 copies of Riordan and Auerbach are literally falling
apart from so much use in our community that I'm delighted to have two more
on order for delivery this month, just in the nick of time (they're held
together with rubber bands!).  Their dilapidated state, however, let's the
reader know they must be pretty worthwhile or they wouldn't be in than
state (or maybe just shoddy workmanship on the part of the publisher or
maybe Maurenne is just hard on her books ;-)
