Only one? That's tough! My list would be:

1.)Cultural promotion of the bottle as the normal way to feed a baby or
toddler.

2.)Medical mismanagement

3.)Lactation myths (like, no exercise while breastfeeding, etc)

4.)A billion dollarindustry whose very existence depends on women *not*
breastfeeding.
