You can feed twins with two breasts.  You can feed one with one.
*****I pumped the right breast and fed Doug on the left, his clefting made it
necessary to pump one side during a feeding and I was only coordinated enough
to feed him on the left side while pumping the other.  I gradually stopped
pumping the right side and let him nurse on the one side only.
