I think we also need to consider what the baby will receive if he is not
breastfed - can we assume it will be formula correctly prepared? We need to
look at the risk of not breastfeeding vs the benefits and risks of
breastfeeding under these conditions.

I was ordered very specifically (per our LC) to refuse these moms
> to breastfeed (which they very much wanted to do) until their drug screen
