Yes, it is quite possible to wean baby while using an SNS--or a pump for
that matter.

The principle is the same as for weaning gradually without using a pump or
an SNS.

I have helped numerous women do this.  Depending on her situation, we
either agree on shortening the time spent at breast with supplementer  (or
pumping occurring)j

OR eliminate one of the feedings (or pumping times) and a week later
eliminate another one of them.
