Many CF centers now consider breastfeeding part of the STANDARD OF CARE if
mother was intending todo so all along.  In fact, they are more suportive
of baby with CF being breastfed than of a mother with CF breastfeeding (her
own health status is an issue).

That baby DESERVES his own mother's milk.  To deny it is to NOT follow the
standard of care.
