Hi All!
The adoptive nursing supplement program that I recommend, and have used
with great success is as follows:
Start pumping and supplementing a minimum of 3 months, preferrably 4
months, before baby is due to arrive.
Supplement with Blessed Thistle Capsules - 2 capsules 3 times daily
along with Fenugreek Tea taken 1 cup 2 times daily in the last 4 - 6 weeks
before baby is due to arrive.  Do not stop the Blessed Thistle when you
begin the Fenugreek just do them in combination.
This program has offered very good results for several adoptive moms.
