Hello all!  It's been awhile since I've been on-line....I no longer have
Lactnet withdrawls *every* day!

Are you aware of any states who have organized a statewide effort to
promote breastfeeding as a public health issue?  Any states who have
released position papers on breastfeeding?  Any state Public Health
Associations which have supported breastfeeding awareness
campaigns?

If so, could you please e-mail me privately, as well as to the list, as I am
still no-mail.
