Following is a request for information that I originally posted to the ADA
listserv. An ADA colleague suggested I subscribe to the LACTNET listserv.
I'm hoping some of you may be able to help.

FYI--the request is regarding a future adoption--we have not been matched with
another infant at this point in time.

Sorry to ask the same question again--I recently lost all my old email (both
sent and received). Also someone had responded and requested an article
reference on a New Guinea study on induced lactation. Please send me your
email/postal address again.

My original question was this: I am interested in trying to breastfeed an
adopted infant. I previously double pumped with an electric pump 3-4 weeks
before the due date of a baby we were to adopt about two years ago. I am
wondering about the use of Depoprovera and Reglan in addition to or instead of
pumping to induce lactation

Thanks! I'll be sure to print each of them off as they arrive next time in
case I have another computer accident again : )
