Many cases of Carpel Tunnel are really tendonitis. I had it very bad
before my last pregnancy and it only exacerbated during that pregnancy.
About a year after my last child was born (and the pain was still
excruciating) I took Lysine for canker sores. It did nothing for the
canker sores, but, lo and behold, it almost cured my tendonitis. I took
about 3,000 mg a day for a few days, then cut back to 1,500. Now I only
take it when the pain starts to come back (1,500 mg).
It's worth a try.
