Linda,
Have a bottle of germicidal spray next to the pumps and find a way to
encourage the moms to use it. If one mom doesn't clean up after herself than
the next mom will wipe the pump down or not care.
Every so often, maybe once a week, have housekeeping clean your pump room and
wipe down the pumps.
