I was under the impression that one had to discontinue all dairy use for 3
weeks, minimum, to see the true effect of a non-dairy diet.
Also, I know that many moms are not aware of the whey, casein, components in
many foods, such as margarines and breads, and they also think they can eat
yogurt...as a dairy food, with no effect.
I would also think they should only try one food deletion at a time, to know
what is having that effect.
