AN elevated temp of unknown origin does not preclude breastfeeding. You have
to presume the infant has already been exposed to whatever Mom's temp is
responding to (and all temps are NOT due to infection!). Why deny the infant
the benefit of Moms much more capable immune system with antibodies from her
breastmilk?
