Oh Elaine that was good!

Tri Vi sol for BF babies is standard in our office, but since I don't
believe in giving them in first month and then "forget" it doesn't usually
happen!  And I mostly am  the one who sees the BF babies.  I've had a few
anemias at 1 yr, but I wouldn't attribute it to BF.  Besides Medicaid
doesn't pay for plain vitamins (without flouride) and babies under 6 mo
aren't supposed to have flouride.  So I just ignore the whole thing.
