Hello,
There is an article in the June issue of "Glamour" magazine called "The
Truth About Breast-feeding" by Julia Glass. There are a few okay things
in it, but I thought that, on the whole, it was pretty negative. The
worst thing in it was a quote from a pediatrician who teaches at New
York School of Medicine in New York City:
"When breast-feeding works, it's wonderful, and I encourage
it," says NYU's Dr. Burstin. "But it is simply not fair for the
AAP
or anyone else to expect that all women can essentially
turn themselves into cows for 12 months."
