The gp's should be concerned about the effect on the baby (and the
mother) of *not breastfeeding*, or even stopping for a few days.  If
they did that, they would not hesitate, especially with the
information you have already.

I could only find out that praziquantel has a short half life (.8
hours to 1.5 hours) and that it has low bioavailability.  That is
helpful too.
