presentation in Anchorage.  I believe the author/producer was Evelyn Jain.
If anyone knows Kay's email, or if she's reading LactNet, perhaps she can
post details on the title and how to get a copy.  It's a really excellent
introduction to the problem, differential diagnosis, talks about how it
impacts breastfeeding, when and how to do it, and when not to do it, and
includes testimonial interviews with mothers days, weeks, and months after
the procedure.  I would *think* it would be convincing to most health care
professionals.
