Breast is Best is my current favorite. It shows a lot of different stuff. Problem solving parts are nice to help moms remember should they have a problem. Show a women in tub expressing milk to relieve engorgement, hand expression, cold packs and even a baby lying on its back with mom straddling him in reverse position, always gets a laugh! Shows engorged breasts. Also shows toddlers nursing and nursing done open in public (nice restaurant, subway, park). My favorite part is that they show hospital practices back in the 70's that interfered with breastfeeding. Those scenes are in black and white giving it even more impact. It is the same stuff I warn parents about that might happen in the hospital so, to actually have a visual of it is nice. Hospital staff may not like to see those scenes though, but it has something to teach them. If I can ever get in to the hospital to do an inservice for L&D I would definitely show them that one. Patty
