Susan, I can't say I think much of the integrity of the RN you mentioned who
exchanged gift formula for clothes, etc.  The fact is she still accepted the
formula!  As you so aptly say "what you permit you promote"
 I'm also surprised that stores would take returned formula - presumably
they intend to resell it.  I would be concerned that someone had tampered
with the formula.  However, if they don't resell it and return it to the
formula company who then has to financially reimburse them...that would be
ironic :)
