Patricia, I also experienced something similar to this with my 4th child.
I'm not sure how long I had this as I just personally attributed it to the
effect of the oxytocin on the ?uterus ?pelvic circulation?who knows?  It
was more an annoyance than anything else...Hope this at least reassures
her!  BTW, I never had any infections but did find it wasn't as noticeable
with an empty bladder...when I actually remembered to go BEFORE sitting
down to feed!
