Dear Luanne - Here in Israel I have heard of grated potato being used
for furuncles etc. I tried it myself but didn't think of putting a towel
on it. I ended up with a leakey brown glob of potato. Thanks for the
description -will give it a try. Sincerely, Toby

"Also, I have had the following work recently with moms with plugged
ducts--Grated raw cold potato placed on the affected breast covered with
towels until dry. Can repeat if desired. Both times, after applying
at
night, by morning the pain, redness and lumps were gone. This is also
in
Susun Weed's book. (one mom had suffered a week, the other about 2
days)"
