This response (which I DO intend to be on Lactnet) is not about the
hypoallergenic formula, but about the allergies.  My friends who have
suffered from eczema say that finding the offending food is the way to go.
Wheat seems to be a common allergen in eczema after, of course, dairy.

My older daughter has found that eating beef gives her the same reaction
that eating  dairy foods does.  She discovered that fact herself, and says
that if it goes, "Moo", she avoids it.
