My daugter, also bottle-less, and nursed for 2.5 years had the
same "classic" bottle mouth teeth. Dentist insisted it was from
nursing - HA!!! She had to have extensive work done on her teeth
at 2 years old. Now at 5, (not having nursed for 2.5 years) she
needs more extensive work done on her primary teeth, we used
fluoride, brushed faithfully, etc.. for the last 3 years. Now
the same dentist attributes it to not flossing. It's amazing how
the story changes when the child is no longer nursing. I really
wanted to throw it in his face, but we live in a rural area and
have to travel 2hrs to the dentist now, I don't want to upset him
until the work is done.
