Dear Lactneters,
        I recently received a phone call from a breast feeding mother , asking
me the advantages and or affects of Lecithin, safetiness of St.John's Wart
and the advantages of Vit C.  She said her Dr. told her it would help to
increase  her milk supply and it's  quality.
       If anyone is familiar with this or has an answer, I would like to
respond to this mom as soon as possible.     Thanx,
