There is no such thing as "unbiased" information.  If you make
breastfeeding and artificial feeding seem equal choices, then, in
fact, you are biased against breastfeeding, because everyone knows the
first weeks breastfeeding are generally more difficult than feeding
artificially.  So a woman might rightly say, if there is no benefit
for my baby, then why should I bother?
