I would like to mention that one of the other speakers in White Plains
this weekend was Sally Ann Lederman, who took much of the same
information that Edith White has mentioned, and come up with a
different conclusion. That is, that the studies are awful. That, for
example, it is a wrong conclusion that a child who becomes positive
again after becoming negative was necessarily infected by breastmilk.
Perhaps we should have a debate on this. Barbara, do you have Sally's
email?

I should point out that UNICEF once used to hand out artificial milk
in third world countries as a way to less malnutrition. That was
wrong. UNICEF has come to a painful conclusion, but sometimes the
information used to draw a conclusion is inadequate.
