Gee, frenulum clipping is considered barbaric by a pediatrician.  Who
does most of the non-religious circumcisions in the US and Canada?
Might that be pediatricians.  This is another example of not knowing
what you are talking about.  I do these clippings all the time, and
they don't hurt at all unless I get my finger between the scissor
blades.  Just joking--wanted to see if you were reading.
