I have never heard of a dermatologist who *didn't* tell a mother to
wean. What is it about dermatologists and breastfeeding?

The dermatologist does not know for sure that the child's problem will
improve if she weans. On the other hand, what a traumatic experience
for the child to be forcibly weaned at 15 months.
