Here is what the Compendium of Pharmaceutical Specialities (Canadian
PDR) says about this drug:

"...oral bioavailability of fluticasone approaches zero due to poor
absorption and extensive first-pass metabolism".  This means that even
if some does get absorbed into the mother's circulation, and even if
some gets into the milk, the baby will not absorb it.
