HI, all, I am still able to express milk, well at least a drop, more than
9 years after weaning (my baby is 12).  After a breast massage (don't
ask) I felt the let down and was able to express a creamy looking drop
from the right breast. I was surprised (although shouldn't have been,
given the let down reflex I felt) and didn't think to try the left!
