If it has any part of milk in it...avoid it. If it has milk in it (like
muffins)...avoid it. When going on a dairy free diet, you have to take out
all dairy. THat includes yogurt, hard cheese, parmesan cheese, anything
that has the word casien (in any form) or whey in it. After getting all the
dairy out of the diet for at least 3 weeks (preferrably longer) and watching
for effects in baby (and mom, who may have been allergic but not known it)
then challenge the diet and watch the results.
THere is no point in going on a dairy free diet if you don't take it ALL out! :)
